A WILD DAY. I absolutely love working with animals. Not long ago, I shot a cinematic scene where three actors in tuxedos rode their horses out of the ocean—pure movie magic. But working with wild animals? That’s a whole different story. There’s always a deep sense of respect, as there should be with anyone you work with. Having a skilled, intuitive, and trustworthy animal wrangler is key. And working with Luke from Cornellskop Animal Encounters makes it an absolute pleasure. If Luke weren’t exceptional at his job, the incredible Lee Anderson definitely wouldn’t be sitting so effortlessly cool and relaxed in his leather chair, surveying the landscape. Because a cheetah?
